Job Details Aloha Beer is looking for Exceptional part-time hosts, food runners, and bussers. Location: Flagship Brewpub & Beer Garden in Kaka'ako Hybrid Role: Hosting and FOH support (food running, bussing, etc.) Pay: $12.75 per hour + tips! (up to $30 per hour combined) Duties & Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take and process food and drink orders accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory as needed. Uphold health and safety standards throughout the restaurant. Qualifications Must be available a minimum of 2 nights a week, including Wednesday and Friday evenings. Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or hospitality role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast, is a plus but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
