You’ll safeguard compliance, elevate process capability, and lead continuous improvement—while being ready to stand in for the Quality Manager when needed.What you’ll ownAdministration and advancement of the ISO 9000 QMS, including audits, KPI reporting, and document control.Technical quality governance for contract, design, and work‑order reviews; supplier qualification; and on‑floor production audits.MRB leadership: defect review, disposition methods, added process steps/controls, documentation updates, training, and cost/responsibility assessment.Deployment of FMEA/PFMEA, SPC, 8D, and PMP to drive prevention and root‑cause elimination.Sponsorship of customer/regulatory/partner audits and leadership of internal/external audit activity.Definition and maintenance of quality standards for processes, materials, and products.Hands‑on troubleshooting with engineering to resolve technical product issues.Sampling plan design with clear data collection, evaluation, and reporting mechanisms.Programs to verify precision/accuracy of production and test/measurement assets; execution of Process Capability Analysis and improvement recommendations.Cross‑functional facilitation and upkeep of FMEAs and PFMEAs.Supplier development and sourcing quality leadership, including annual supplier evaluations.Continuous Process Improvement and Kaizen contributions; key role in new product introduction.Ownership of the Measuring & Test Equipment program.Creation and maintenance of procedures, work instructions, and workmanship standards.What you bringBachelor’s in engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.5+ years of quality assurance experience.Preferred extras7+ years in a quality or technical capacity within electronics manufacturing.Deep statistical analysis know‑how.Process audit techniques, reporting, and CAPA execution.Hands‑on ISO/TL 9000 support and maintenance.How you workClear, confident communicator—written and verbal—with strong leadership presence.Organized, analytical, and persistent; exceptional follow‑through and attention to detail.Effective time manager; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar.Tools and standards you knowIPC-A-610Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)PCB Components (Printed Circuit Board Components)ISO 9001 Certification ExperienceQuality Control Data Analysis
