A company is looking for a Coordinator, National On-Call.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound tickets and answer live phone calls
Provide exceptional customer service to caregivers and clients via phone and email
Maintain accurate records of transactions and resolve tickets through effective communicationRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationExperience in customer service or related field
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using computer systems and software
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
