Production Assembly Technician
Assemblers are responsible for producing components by assembling parts and subassemblies. Will need to read blueprints, schematics, or assembly instructions to determine what's needed at their workstations before starting the job.
Responsibilities
Maintaining a clean work area;
Perform Final Inspection on product prior to shipping;
Responsible to meet quality checklist;
Ensure product meets cosmetic standards;
Assemble and crate whole goods in final assembly
Verify test report per engineering drawing;
Performs other duties as assigned;
Be capable of making good decision (acceptable or unacceptable) using the workmanship standards;
Package finished goods per work instruction or engineering drawing.
Working in a team environment to efficiently package required orders;
Handling finished materials and moving packages to storage areas within the warehouse;
Ability to be cross trained in all areas of assembly process;
Ensure that quality system procedures and standards are adhered to at all times,
Good communication skills and good team player;
Ability to apply a mechanical understanding;
Ability to use hand and power tools
Perform work standing during a shift;
ability to lift up to 50lbs;
Ability to read electrical, and assembly schematics.
