This role will assist with contract administration, provider communications, agreement tracking, and operational support functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with experience handling contracts, compliance documentation, and cross-functional coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport contract administration activities, including contract creation, tracking, distribution, and collection of required documentsReview and maintain provider and contract records within contract management systems and shared databasesEvaluate out-of-network requests and assist with provider redirection processesNegotiate single-patient agreements and respond to provider inquiriesCoordinate with internal departments to ensure timely contract processing and issue resolutionUpdate and maintain departmental procedures and documentationMonitor contract status, reimbursement inquiries, network rosters, and credentialing requestsIdentify process improvement opportunities and support special projects as assignedRequired QualificationsAssociate degree plus 2+ years of experience in managed care, healthcare operations, contract administration, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong administrative and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Preferred QualificationsExperience negotiating single-patient agreements or provider contractsHealthcare or managed care experienceExperience with data analysis and reportingContract management system/database experienceSkills & AbilitiesStrong attention to detail and analytical thinkingAbility to work independently and collaborativelyProfessional communication with internal and external stakeholdersStrong customer service and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismQualified candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.Yashika JaintHealthcare RecruiterDirect: 510-400-6494Aroha Technologies Inc.www.arohatechnologies.com
