In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing all policies and policy changes received from the insurance carriers for accuracy and completeness. You will use your collaborative mindset, analytical skills, and desire for constant improvement to work with Account Managers to issue renewal summaries and applications for Producers to review with clients. You are the support to Producers and Account Executives! More than that, this role is about building relationships and doing so with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.What You’ll DoReview all policies and policy changes received from the insurance carriers for accuracy and completeness and request corrections as needed; advising the senior staff members of any potential problems or discrepanciesRequest and process policy alterations with insurance carriers to fulfill change requests received from clientsInvoice and deliver policy documents to clients to ensure thorough record-keeping and communicationIssue certificates of insurance & evidence of coverage as requested by customersFollow up on billing notices and non-payments received from Account Managers to minimize risk of customer defaultsWork with Account Managers to issue renewal summaries and applications for Producers to review with clientsAssist Account Managers in preparation of account remarketing by ordering Loss Runs to assess claim activityAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat You’ll NeedTexas General Lines Agent License: Property and Casualty (P&C) or attainment within 90 daysExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft office computer applicationsAdditional Preferred SkillsBachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related disciplineOur BenefitsAt Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
