About the jobWe are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 10 to 12 years of experience in Microservices Spring Spring Boot and Java.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Microservices Spring Spring Boot and Java.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features.Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to optimize application performance.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement best practices for software development and ensure compliance with industry standards.Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure functionality and reliability.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issues.QualificationsPossess a strong understanding of Microservices architecture and its implementation.Have extensive experience with Spring Spring Boot for building robust and scalable applications.Demonstrate proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks.Have a solid background in Asset & Wealth Management domain.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Display strong communication and collaboration skills.Have experience with version control systems like Git.Understand Agile methodologies and have experience working in Agile teams.Possess knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Show ability to mentor and guide junior developers.Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and industry best practices.Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
