Principal Mechanical Research Engineer: Shock Physics & PDV

UDRI seeks candidates who are well versed in Shock Physics, Laser Metrology, Materials Physics, and materials behavior under impact to utilize Photon Doppler Velocimetry (PDV) measurements to determine material properties and surface velocities post‐impact.The successful candidate will market PDV measurement techniques to gain new customers and expand the Impact Physics Group capabilities, and provide support with erosion research efforts at AFRL. #J-18808-Ljbffr
