Essential Functions:
Comply with established performance standards on each job. (Also known as “time study” or “pieces per hour.”)
Operate a stitch gun, glue gun, hand bander, heat gun and bundler.
Follow assembly procedures and guidelines to ensure the correct assembly of products.
Perform general housekeeping of a workstation and assigned common area to include sweeping and disposal of trash.
Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet specified standards.
Handle and transport corrugated materials within the assembly area.
Collaborate with forklift operators or other material handlers as needed.
Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.

Education / Physical / Requirements:
At least 18 years of age
Lift up to 25 lbs. alone and up to 50 lbs. assisted.
Manual dexterity and the ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, technical drawings, and specifications.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
Team player with good communication skills.
Basic math skills for counting and measuring.
