This is a highly visible, client-facing role ideal for someone who is polished, organized, and enjoys working with people in a professional, service-oriented environment.In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective clients and program participants, managing a steady flow of inbound inquiries and guiding individuals through the enrollment process. You will play a key role in maintaining relationships, supporting outreach efforts, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial interest through program participation.Key responsibilities include:Responding to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web-based channelsManaging follow-up with prospective clients to move them through the enrollment processTracking and updating activity within CRM systemsSupporting client outreach and assisting with proposals or customized solutionsCollaborating with internal teams to ensure programs are fully enrolledThe ideal candidate brings experience in client relations, customer success, or a similar client-facing role, along with strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
