Be part of a team that compliments each other’s strengths and partners with every area of our organization to make sure the lights stay on!MISO’s Desktop and Mobility Support Analyst is part of a tier 2/3 support team responsible for all endpoint technology and software from our end users to our Control Room that includes 3 offices and 1100+ employees. You will help enable the business through standardized technology and endpoint security and will have the opportunity to learn about our operations and critical applications. You can expect to troubleshoot complex problems, provide end-user assistance, collaborate across many teams, and provide exceptional customer service at all levels. This role is site-essential, and you will be working out of MISO's Carmel, Indiana office.You’ll know you are successful in this role if:You can support MISO users with minimal guidance and can competently demonstrate core expectationsYou have proven the ability to think critically and troubleshoot technical issues (Break/Fix; service requests)You have successfully partnered with the various IT groups and teams understanding their operations and critical applicationsWe’ll need the following experience and exposure for MISO’s Desktop and Mobility Support Analyst:Windows 10/11SCCM, Intune, Active DirectoryGroup PolicyOperating System PatchingMicrosoft 365iOSITIL Process Knowledge (Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Knowledge Management)Modern Endpoint ManagementDell TechnologyOn-call rotation5+ years of experienceAppropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.Transformative innovation is happening in the electric industry; from digitalizing homes and distributed resources, to renewable energy and an ever-changing grid.
