We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this leadership role.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform all technician duties, including draining motor oil, changing oil filters, greasing chassis fittings, washing windshields, and adjusting tire pressureInspect and top off vehicle fluidsAssist customers in selecting oil types and additional servicesProcess payments for services performedPerform coolant exchanges and transmission drain & fill servicesMaintain inventory levels and restock supplies on the shop floorKeep the shop, office, and restrooms clean and organizedCheck in with customers before they leave to ensure a great experienceEnsure proper store operation in the absence of the Shop ManagerPerform opening and closing proceduresAssist with inventory counting and adjustmentsServe as a role model to other employees, supporting team culture without direct responsibility for hiring or firingQualifications/ Physical RequirementsStrong commitment to learning and mastering Quick Lube of Carolina LLC / Take 5 Oil Change's oils and servicesAbility to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3-foot deep pit safelyPhysical capability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform manual tasks for extended periodsWillingness to work in varying weather conditionsAlertness and situational awareness in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift up to 50 poundsReliable transportation
