All while working in an environment that emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and professionalism.We are currently seeking a Technical Services for our La Salle, CO location.PurposeParticipates in the planning, execution, and management of all phases of any Fishing, Thru-Tubing, Reverse Unit, Air Packages, Nitrogen Services, and/ or Pressure Control operations to ensure delivery of services according to client requirements and expectations. Responsible for supervising technical services operations on well site.Essential Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesProvides technical support to crew and clients at the well site; maintains communication with client well site representative, rig crew, and field support staff; communicates with internal and external clientsPlans and coordinates operations utilizing technical expertise to determine the need, technique, and use of equipment on a well siteAdvises customer on proper procedures to perform operations and provide instruction; troubleshoots issues on well site to reduce non-productive time; supervises operations on well siteManages storage and inventories of supplies and fixed assets on the rig.Ensures work is performed in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations as well as company and industry standardsPrepares and delivers comprehensive job documentationTrains, coaches, and mentors traineesDevelops expertise on advanced techniques; participates in knowledge sharingPerforms other duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsEducation: Less than High School EducationWork Experience: 4-6 yearsSupervisory Experience: Not ApplicableRelated Experience:Relevant experience in open-hole and/or cased-hole operationMinimum of 2 years' relevant product line experienceHigh mechanical aptitude**Fishing/Thru-Tubing Operations:Extensive knowledge of Fishing, Thru-Tubing, and related services**Reverse Unit, Power Swivels, Air Packages, Pressure control, and Nitrogen Services Operations:Extensive knowledge of Motors, Pumps, Compressors and Power Swivels and pressure control relating to a drilling, completion or production operation and related servicesPreferred QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma/EquivalentWork Experience: 6-8 yearsSupervisory Experience: 1-3 yearsRelated Experience:Proficient with MS Office SuitePhysical RequirementsPrecise hand/eye coordination: ConstantlyBasic keyboarding or other repetitive motions: FrequentlyOperation of heavy equipment or operation of vehicles: FrequentlyLifting/pushing objects weighing over: > 50 lbs: OccasionallyClimbing and working in awkward and cramped positions: FrequentlyOther (please specify):Employee lifts/carries 71 max lbs. occasionallyEmployee's position requires pushing a maximum force of: 56 ft./lbs.Employee's position requires pulling a maximum force of: 56 ft./lbs.Ability to work on level and unleveled surfaces as well as up and down ladders and stairsExposure to inclement weather, bright lights, loud noise, dust, gas, and/or fumesKLX Energy Services offers full time employees a competitive and comprehensive benefit package.
