Senior Project Manager – Healthcare & Commercial ConstructionLocation: Indianapolis, INEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the OpportunityOur client is an employee-owned general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex projects across healthcare, education, multifamily, and commercial markets. As they continue to expand their Indianapolis operations, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.This position is ideal for a construction leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and has a proven track record managing projects valued between $20M and $50M+.What You'll DoAs Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the primary leader responsible for project execution, financial performance, client satisfaction, and team coordination. You will partner closely with executives, superintendents, subcontractors, and owners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple construction projects from planning and procurement through completion and turnoverDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reportingManage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycleDirect subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and change management processesCollaborate with field leadership to ensure project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements are achievedConduct project reviews, progress meetings, and executive updatesIdentify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategiesReview drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure scope alignment and project successCoordinate with estimating, accounting, and operations teams to drive overall project performanceOversee project closeout activities including punch lists, final documentation, occupancy requirements, and warranty turnoverWhat We're Looking For8+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractorProven experience managing projects ranging from $20M-$50M+Strong background in one or more of the following sectors:Healthcare Construction (highly preferred)K-12 / Education ConstructionMultifamily ConstructionCommercial ConstructionDemonstrated success managing complex schedules, budgets, and project teamsStrong communication and client-facing leadership skillsExperience utilizing construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, or similar platformsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferredCompensation & BenefitsSenior Project Manager: $135,000 - $155,000+ base salaryEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Comprehensive health benefits401(k) with company contributionPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesWhy Join?This organization has built a culture centered on ownership, collaboration, and long-term career growth.
