Senior MEP Project Manager – Healthcare, Laboratory & Industrial Projects📍 Houston, TX 💰 $180,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Full BenefitsA leading General Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to lead complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes across major healthcare, laboratory, and industrial construction projects in the Houston market.This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing large-scale projects from preconstruction through commissioning, working alongside executive leadership, field operations, trade partners, and clients on technically demanding facilities.ResponsibilitiesLead all MEP coordination, planning, procurement, scheduling, and execution activitiesManage MEP budgets, cost forecasting, value engineering, and change managementDrive coordination between design teams, subcontractors, and field operationsOversee commissioning, QA/QC, and turnover processes for complex building systemsSupport preconstruction efforts including estimating, constructability reviews, and logistics planningEnsure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budgetMentor project engineers and junior project management staffBuild and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontractorsRequirements10+ years of MEP construction/project management experience with a General Contractor or major subcontractorStrong background delivering healthcare, laboratory, mission critical, or industrial projectsProven experience managing large, complex MEP packagesExcellent knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, controls, and commissioning processesStrong leadership, communication, and client-facing skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced project environmentsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredWhat’s Offered$180,000 base salaryPerformance bonusComprehensive healthcare benefits401(k) with company matchVehicle allowance/company vehicleLong-term pipeline of high-profile Houston projectsClear progression into senior operations leadershipIf you’re looking to join a nationally recognized builder delivering some of the region’s most technically advanced projects, apply now for a confidential discussion.
