Position SummaryThe Program Manager, Supply Chain Operations will lead the Business Operations workstream of Project Nicole, the integration of Nokia's Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) business. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain integration activities across Planning, Procurement, New Product Introduction (NPI), Logistics, and Post-Sales/Quality functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of M&A integration experience and deep, hands-on supply chain program management expertise, and is capable of managing complex, cross-functional, large-scale programs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Business Operations workstream of Project Nicole, ensuring integration milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met across all supply chain functions.Develop and maintain the integration roadmap, workstream plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and governance cadence for supply chain-related M&A activities.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Nokia and acquiring organization) to align supply chain processes, systems, and organizational structures during the integration.Oversee integration of Planning functions, including demand/supply planning, S&OP alignment, and forecasting process harmonization.Drive Procurement integration activities, including supplier contract transition, sourcing strategy alignment, and vendor consolidation.Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) integration, ensuring smooth transition of product launch processes, engineering change management, and supplier qualification.Manage Logistics integration workstreams, including distribution network alignment, warehousing, freight/transportation, and trade compliance considerations.Oversee Post-Sales/Quality integration, ensuring continuity of service, warranty, returns, and quality management systems throughout the transition.Identify integration risks and dependencies across supply chain functions; develop and execute mitigation plans.Track and report program status, KPIs, synergy targets, and integration health to senior leadership and program governance forums.Facilitate change management and communication across impacted supply chain teams to ensure organizational readiness and adoption.Ensure integration activities comply with applicable regulatory, export control, and data handling requirements.Support Day 1/Day 100/long-term integration planning and execution across the supply chain value chain.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.8+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, with demonstrated expertise across Planning, Procurement, NPI, Logistics, and Post-Sales/Quality functions.Prior experience supporting or leading Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration activities, ideally within a supply chain or operations context.Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional supply chain programs, including budget, timeline, and stakeholder management.Strong understanding of telecom, networking, or hardware/technology industry supply chains (Nokia/FWA or similar wireless/telecom hardware experience is a plus).PMP, PgMP, or Six Sigma certification preferred.Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior leadership levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-moving integration environment.Proficiency with program management and ERP/planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Smartsheet, MS Project, Power BI, or similar).Preferred AttributesExperience with post-merger integration (PMI) frameworks and methodologies.Familiarity with export control, trade compliance, and regulatory considerations relevant to telecom hardware.Demonstrated ability to build relationships and drive alignment across two distinct organizational cultures during an acquisition.Experience managing supplier and contract transitions in a regulated or high-compliance environment.Key Success MetricsOn-time delivery of Business Operations workstream integration milestones.Achievement of defined supply chain synergy and cost targets.Minimal business disruption to Planning, Procurement, NPI, Logistics, and Post-Sales/Quality operations during transition.Effective risk identification and mitigation across integration activities.Stakeholder satisfaction across both organizations involved in the integration.
