About the Role:
Crestpoint Technology is hiring a Full-Time Java Full Stack Developer for a technical support role involving enterprise-level development tasks. The position focuses on providing coding assistance, debugging, code reviews, testing, and support for APIs and microservices. This is a remote, work-from-home position for professionals based in Nepal who have strong hands-on experience in Java full stack development and are comfortable working with a US-based team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical guidance and coding support for development tasks.
Debug applications, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with resolving problems.
Conduct code reviews and support software testing activities.
Assist with REST APIs, microservices, and related development requirements.
Support full stack development tasks using the required backend and frontend technologies.
Help maintain and troubleshoot applications in Linux and Docker environments.
Collaborate on development activities within an Agile/Scrum workflow.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development. Java and Spring Boot. Python. Angular, TypeScript, and Angular Material. React. REST APIs and microservices. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Linux and Docker. Git and SQL.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience Requirements:
Four or more years of experience is preferred, with strong practical experience in Java full stack development. Location & Work Arrangement

Working Hours: 5 hours per day, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST)
Nepal Working Hours: 7:45 PM to 12:45 AM Nepal Time (NPT) Salary & Career Growth
