Come be part of this new growth opportunity!Job SummaryThe Clinical Residential Manager is responsible for overseeing, designing and implementing a programmatic clinically based house structure for the Residents living in a specialized Intense Behavioral Home. They help create a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment while embracing the values and mission of American Training, Inc., including dignity, respect, and WOW! Magic in every interaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train and supervise Colleagues and clinical Colleagues in the operation of a 24/7 residential home that serves Residents with intense behavioral challenges.Design structures to achieve Resident's goals and ensure colleagues adhere to specific intensive and targeted behavioral plans.Implement staffing patterns, documentation systems and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of a 24/7 residential home that serves four individuals with intense behavioral challenges.Use appropriate, approved behavioral and physical management techniques to ensure safety of Colleagues and Residents in a variety of settings.Ensure strong communication systems with interdisciplinary team, family and funding source in the operation of a new home; this entails coordination and integration of clinical supports in a home setting to assist individuals to progress, grow and learn.BA/BS required-BCBA preferredMinimum of 3 years' experience working with individuals with behavioral and/or clinical challengesMinimum of 2 years of management experiencePABC training to be completed by 30 days of hire.First Aid/CPR required.MAP training and course completion within 3 months of hire.
