Key Responsibilities: Performs professional body treatments in accordance to Courted protocols and local/state guidelines Promote the consistency of health, wellness and routine massage care to upsell products, services and packages Adhere to policies set forth to ensure best practices and customers satisfaction Maintain client confidentiality in accordance to HIPPA regulations and service protocols Possess leadership qualities, positive attitude and uphold a professional demeanor Increase guest retention by building and strengthening relationships Ensures intake/consent forms are distributed and completed Participate in promoting programs/services throughout TSJ facility Assist in the aesthetic cleanliness of spa facility Perform administrative duties and support as needed Attend all staff meetings, trainings and promotional events Ability to work evenings and weekends Provide clear and concise education on pre/post-treatment instructions Ensure inventory is stocked with appropriate supplies in treatment rooms Ensure standards for infection control are met in accordance with local, state and federal OSHA guidelines Clean and sterilize equipment/instruments and dispose of contaminated supplies according to OSHA guidelines Attend continuing education to maintain ethical and technical skills are in compliance with Courted Spa, local/state guidelines Qualifications 500+ hours of training from an accredited massage therapy program Passed Virginia State exam Acquired experience 2+ years Perform Swedish, deep tissue, sports, pregnancy massage and body exfoliation treatments Certification in lymphatic/cancer treatment modalities a plus Must be available to work on weekends.
