Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing transactions efficiently Recommend menu items, including wines and spirits, to enhance guest satisfaction through upselling techniques like OpenTable reservations and drink pairing suggestions Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and service areas in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred, especially in fine dining environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable enhances efficiency in order processing Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service to provide expert recommendations to guests Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with guest relations skills that foster repeat business Basic math skills for handling sales transactions accurately and managing cash registers Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment Join us if you’re passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through energetic service, detailed knowledge of the food industry, and a genuine love for hospitality.
