Job Description Investment Banking Associate - Industrials Company: Santander US Capital Markets LLC. Location: New York, NY, Madison Ave Corp Other Locations: New York-New York Responsibilities Provides support to senior bankers. Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis, and drafting. Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis. Perform detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analysis. Support product partners and monitor the entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations. Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent work experience, in Finance, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA (Preferred). Work Experience: 3+ years with a Bachelor's degree or 1+ years with an MBA in Industrials Investment Banking. Skills and Abilities Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products, with a preference for experience in Industrials. Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team player and self-starter.
