Watch our new company video to learn more!We’re Looking For A(n): HR AdminLocation: Onsite (Richfield, WI)What You’ll Be Doing: The HR Admin is responsible for providing general clerical and administrative support for the HR function at the plant. This role will work on-site at the plant and will provide assistance and support to all employees with HR-related questions as well as be the first impression for all visitors and guests.Monitor break room and office supply inventories, completing and organizing orders as necessaryManage the attendance call-in line, recording absences and updating timesheets appropriately, escalating attendance infractions to HR team for further actionRespond to verifications of employment and other employment-related inquiriesMaintain the HRIS on a regular basis by carefully reviewing and processing entries and employee changesMaintain various systems to enter new employees and archive inactive employeesCreate and post company and position updates throughout the plantProvide onboarding support to Sr. HR Coordinator including scheduling pre-employment appointments, sending background check requests, sending first day emails, and assisting candidates with challengesMaintain and update the company intranet with important updates and changesAssist with the planning and execution of company eventsManage the lobby area including greeting new hires, candidates, applicants, visitors, etc.Provide administrative support to other department functions within the manufacturing plant as neededAct as a resource to employees throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to termination; provide assistance and direction on HR programs, benefits, payroll, policies, resources and proceduresAssist others with special projects and/or tasks as assignedQualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.): Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, be resourceful, proactive along with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels within the organizationComfortable working in a multicultural environmentDemonstrate collaborative and customer service mindsetAbility to handle and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity regarding employee informationProven agility mindset and is comfortable adapting to, navigating, and embracing changeRequired Education: High school diploma or GED equivalentPreferred Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business AdministrationRequired Experience:Prior experience working in HR or other administrative functionPreferred Experience:1+ year experience working in HR or other administrative functionExperience working in a manufacturing environmentGolden Perks & Benefits:Comprehensive healthcare coverage – We cover 100% of premiums for medical, dental, and vision plans for employee-only plans.Annual bonusWe match up to 3.5% of your 401k contributions, ensuring your retirement savings grow alongside your career. 6 paid sick and mental health days, an Employee Assistance Program, free weekly yoga and meditation classes, and additional mental health benefits, because we take a holistic approach to your well-being.Invest in your future with our Employee Stock Ownership Plan, where company contributions fund your retirement plan with company stock.
