This role is responsible for monitoring hotel premises,responding to incidents, and enforcing hotel policies while deliveringexcellent customer service. Conduct regular patrols of hotel property to ensure a safe andsecure environment Identify, report, and document unsafe conditions or suspiciousactivity Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and guest requests forassistance Prepare accurate and detailed incident and accident reports inaccordance with company standards Operate radio and communication equipment effectively and maintainclear records Enforce hotel policies and procedures consistently andprofessionally Monitor and control access, including issuing and tracking keys withproper identification Serve as a first responder in emergency situations Maintain current knowledge of emergency, fire safety, and lifesafety procedures Provide First Aid/CPR assistance when necessary (certificationrequired or willingness to obtain) Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Collaborate with team members and follow all company policies andguidelines Perform additional duties as assigned by management
