Delivery ManagerWork Location: ONSITE - Spring, TX.Description:As Delivery Manager you will manage one or more agile projects typically to deliver a specific product or transformation via a multidisciplinary highly skilled teamYou'll be adept at delivering complex projects breaking down barriers for your team and both planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when neededYou will be core to the decisions that build high performing teams where people are excited about the work they are undertakingResponsibilities:Deliver projects using the appropriate agile project management methodology learning iterating frequentlyWork with the Product Manager to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user storiesLead the collaborative dynamic planning process prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the teamManaging a multidisciplinary teamEnsure all deliveries are built to an appropriate level of quality for releases to productionDrive governance with the clientsEnsure contractual commitments are metHands-on working experience with LTI Internal SystemsManage the system of records and timely reporting to all stakeholdersIs willing to travel as necessary for business requirementsRequired:Overall 15-20 years of experienceExperience in Delivery Management for a portfolio of accounts or a single large accountProven experience using a range of agile project management methodsExcellent written and oral communication firm communication backed by dataGood knowledge of internal processes and MIS tools for delivery managementProven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguityExperience in managing multidisciplinary teamsProgram ManagementThis is a high PRIORITY requisition.
