Service Runner / Greeter

Job Summary:The Service Runner & Greeter at Jeff Belzer's Auto Group in Roseville is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all individuals visiting our dealership. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry that offers competitive compensation and benefits. As an individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers.Compensation & Benefits:This position offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $18.00-$20.00 per hour, with a higher starting potential for candidates with experience. In addition, the Service Runner & Greeter will have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.Responsibilities:- Greet all customers with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression of our dealership- Direct customers to the appropriate department or service area- Escort customers to their vehicles after they have been serviced- Maintain a clean and organized customer waiting area- Assist service advisors with administrative tasks as needed- Maintain knowledge of dealership policies, procedures, and services- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as necessaryRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the auto industry- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Fixed scheduling to promote a healthy work/life balance (Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm)About Us:Jeff Belzer's has been family owned and operated for over 40 years.
