Role SummaryThis position is a senior-level DevSecOps engineer responsible for implementing and managing security practices across cloud environments. The role involves developing infrastructure as code, ensuring cloud security compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a secure cloud infrastructure within AWS and Azure environments. The candidate will provide technical guidance while supporting security posture management and vulnerability remediation.ResponsibilitiesImplement and oversee DevSecOps best practices across AWS and Azure cloud platforms. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate infrastructure deployment. Define, implement, and monitor IAM guardrails to enforce access management policies. Support cloud security and compliance initiatives utilizing tools such as Wiz and Remote PC. Collaborate with system administrators and security teams to strengthen the cloud security posture. Monitor, analyze, and remediate vulnerabilities across cloud environments on an ongoing basis. Support security audits and ensure adherence to organizational security standards. Provide technical guidance and transfer knowledge to team members and stakeholders. Stay current with cloud security trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve security measures. Assist in incident response and vulnerability management within cloud infrastructures. Qualifications8+ years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud engineering, or related roles. Proven hands-on expertise with AWS and Azure cloud platforms. Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementation. Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and security controls. Practical experience managing security in hybrid cloud environments. Extensive knowledge of IAM guardrails and their implementation. Familiarity with Wiz for cloud security posture management. Experience working with Remote PC setups in enterprise settings. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Publishing Pay Range: $52.00 – $57.00 hourlyThis is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
