In order to be considered for this role, after clicking "Apply Now" above and being redirected, you must fully complete the application process on the follow-up screen.Responsibilities:Responsible for the upkeep of the suites pantry, including cleanliness, restocking of product and inventory recordsResponsible for the inventory of equipment, small wares, disposables, and high-volume inventory of beveragesSupervise suites runners during the set-up and break down of eventsCoordinate the movement of food, beverages and equipment during all eventsOversee general cleaning tasks using standard products as assigned to adhere to health standardsComplete other duties as assigned by the Suites ManagementQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to make quick and accurate decisionsAbility to perform under pressure effectively for extensive periods of time while maintaining professionalismAbility to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standardsMust have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquetteMust be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guestsAbility to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 poundsMust have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of timeMust be available to work all event days and flexible schedule to work extended hours due to business requirement including nights, weekends and holidaysAll applicants must be at least 18 years of age
