Our collaborative, multidisciplinary team is known for producing thoughtful, material-rich environments that balance modernity with warmth.This is an opportunity to join an award-winning international design firm.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior FF&E Designer with a minimum of 8 years of experience, and a strong hospitality focus to join our interiors team.This role centers on high-end hotel and hospitality projects, requiring deep familiarity with the scale, pace, and coordination demands of that project type. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in high-end hospitality FF&E and is comfortable working in close collaboration with procurement consultants and specialist vendors. ResponsibilitiesLead FF&E design from concept through installation on hospitality projects, managing timelines and deliverables independentlyDrive sourcing, specification, and documentation of furniture, lighting, textiles, and finishesPrepare FF&E presentations, material boards, and specification packages for internal and client reviewCoordinate procurement activities with consultants, including vendor outreachDevelop custom furniture drawings and oversee fabrication with vendorsStyling of completed projectsManage FF&E schedules, control books, and project documentation in internal tracking systemsMaintain and organize the materials library, vendor records, and project filesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field8+ years of demonstrated FF&E experience on high-end hospitality projects (academic or internship experience will not be considered).Based in New York City and available to work in the office full-timeProven ability to independently manage and prioritize deliverables across multiple active projects simultaneouslyComprehensive hands-on knowledge of FF&E design standards, sourcing, and specificationExperience coordinating procurement activities with consultants, including vendor outreach, order tracking, and delivery managementProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Revit required; familiarity with DesignSpec and Rhino a plusExcellent communication, organization, and documentation skillsExperience working collaboratively within design teamsCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees after waiting period)Life insurance and 401(k) with company matchingPaid time off and paid holidaysOpportunities for annual bonusesProfessional development supportPlease note: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
