Lead Teacher, Toddlers

Planning, implementing and evaluating developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities. Implementing curriculum plans. Setting up and maintaining a physical environment to promote growth and development of physical, cognitive, language, creative, and social/emotional skills Observing, recording, and assessing children’s developmental levels and progress in all areas of development Communicating with parents concerning needs, progress, and behavior of children Caring for the needs of children in personal hygiene areas including feeding, diapering/toileting, dressing, lifting and carrying children Hiring, training and supervising assistant staff members Providing leadership in a learning environment Providing and maintaining safe and sanitary facilities and environment Maintaining attendance and meal records in accordance with Licensing and USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program Standards Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Referral program Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person
