REMOTE Solar Project Manager

The source of our success is our employees, and we invest heavily in our staff's development and long-term career growth. *Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Solar Project Manager to manage our solar and energy storage projects from start to finish. *In this 100% remote role, you will lead coordination across customers, subcontractors, and internal departments, ensuring every project is executed efficiently and complies with industry standards.* *Key Responsibilities* * Manage a portfolio of solar and energy storage projects from start to finish * Communicate consistently with customers, subcontractors, and internal departments * Oversee permitting, interconnection, utility requirements, and inspection scheduling * Review plans and documents for accuracy and ensure all project steps are completed * Coordinate scheduling, materials, and crew assignments * Troubleshoot project issues and keep customers informed * Maintain accurate project updates and documentation in company software * Ensure compliance with AHJs, utilities, NEC standards, and internal processes *Qualifications* We’re looking for the right attitude first.
