Assistant Manager
Duties
Ride along daily on the Snap-On truck with owner providing assistance to owner and customers
Assist the Franchisee owners in daily operations and management of the Snap-On truck
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Assist with sales and achieve sales targets
Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are stocked and displayed properly
Providing technical guidance and support to customers as needed
Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience
High school graduate
Previous experience in sales and/or with mechanical equipment preferred.
Knowledge of and/or use of Snap-On tools preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Valid, unrestricted drivers license
Able to drive a 16-24' truck
Lift and push 50+ lbs
NOTE: This is NOT an office position. Assistant will need to be able to drive truck. CDL not required. Must have a clean driving record and be able to meet DOT FMCSA requirements including random drug testing.
