We care for a smaller panel of patients with more time, deeper continuity, and a strong emphasis on proactive health strategy rather than rushed, reactive visits.This is an ideal role for a clinically strong, relational, curious APP who wants to practice medicine in a more personal, meaningful, and prevention-focused environment.Our Approach to MedicineAt Novara, we know our patients deeply. We focus on prevention, early detection, cardiovascular risk reduction, cancer screening, metabolic health, and longevity. We help patients make thoughtful, evidence-informed decisions about their health.While we root our practice in traditional primary care principles, we actively incorporate innovative tools to change the trajectory of our patients’ health. This includes advanced coronary imaging, 3D mole mapping, liquid biopsies, and other emerging clinical technologies. We are looking for someone who is warm, clinically thoughtful, responsive, efficient, and highly professional. The right person will enjoy building long-term relationships with patients, thinking carefully through complex medical problems, communicating clearly, and working closely with a physician-led team that values excellence, trust, and continuity. Core ResponsibilitiesSame-Day & Acute Care: Provide timely, high-quality evaluation and treatment for acute, urgent, and same-day patient needs.Routine Continuity: Manage routine follow-up visits, chronic disease management, and standard primary care needs.Focus Areas: Anchor the clinical practice around critical wellness sectors, specifically women’s health, acute symptom resolution, and metabolic care.Inbox & Care Coordination: Actively manage the clinical inbox, lab results tracking, portal messaging, and patient communication with speed and accuracy.Occasional Home Visits: Conduct select home visits for local patients when mobility, convenience, or clinical necessity requires at-home care.Team Collaboration: Partner closely with our physician-led team to provide seamless, wrap-around support for all practice members.Practice Model: Design Your Dream RoleWe believe in clinical autonomy and job satisfaction. Historically, our APPs operate in a shared-care model—focusing heavily on acute needs, women's health, and dynamic day-to-day care rather than managing an isolated, rigid panel.We are open to shaping the role around the right person. Our goal is to align your clinical strengths and passions with the best health outcomes for our patients.Schedule & Call CareHours: Monday – Friday, (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM). No weekends.Time per Patient: 30 to 60-minute appointments (more time if needed)Flexibility: looking for 8-24 hours per weekCall Rotation: based on number of hours worked (ie: 24 hrs =1 night/wk)QualificationsActive, unrestricted Pennsylvania CRNP or PA license.5 or more years of experience in outpatient Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Functional Medicine preferred.Strong digital literacy and comfort utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and modern EMRs. Benefits & CompensationCompensation at Novara Health is highly competitive and structured to exceed local corporate healthcare organizations.
