Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Services - (240000IK) Description GENERAL SUMMARY Under the general supervision of the Manager and according to the established policies and procedures, plans and administers treatment and therapy programs designed to assist patients having various cognitive and physical disabilities to achieve their highest level of functional independence. Also responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. Licensure/Registration: Licensure by the State of Florida as an Occupational Therapist. Candidates who are eligible and have acquired a temporary license will have to (a) appear for and pass the immediate next upcoming licensure exam and (b) while holding the temporary license, will have to work under the supervision of an OTR/L and will have to have all his/her notes co- signed by the OTR/L.
