Neurologist Lancaster PA Urgently HiringWe are seeking a compassionate Neurology Physician to join our medical practice in the Lancaster, PA area. We value our patients and truly want to listen to them and offer comprehensive care, so we schedule new patient appointments for 30-45 min blocks and follow up appointments in 30 min time frames. Our ideal Physician has tact and skill in patient management, excellent communication skills, and enjoys working as a part of a comprehensive team to offer our patients the best care possible, that they need and deserve! Will consider Physicians from a variety of backgrounds, including PM&R/Pain Management Physician, Orthopedists, Neurologist and/or Sports Medicine Physician. Our mission aims to benefit our employees and our communities.Job Duties:Patient care and management- initial medical consults and patient follow upRecommend tests and conducts diagnostic testing to determine extent of injury and to determine appropriate treatment.Order Diagnostic labs/imaging- in house computerized neurocognitive testingOversee the patient’s diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries, mild to moderate closed head injuries and post traumatic headachesPrepare patients for return to work after illness or injuryDocumentation - timely and accurateOrder/refer to in house therapiesCollaboration with colleagues and staff for comprehensive patient careUphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and leads in a way that aligns with the company’s goalsRequirements:MD/DO from an accredited educational institutionBCBE Neurologist, Physical Medicine and Rehab (PM&R), Pain Management, Orthopedists, and/or Sports Medicine Physician.Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of PAFavorable malpractice historyBasic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certificationDEA licenseSchedule:Full time (split coverage between 3 offices)No Call or Weekends!Salary:$250k-$400k per year (depending on specialty/training)Benefits:Company paid malpractice insurancePTO and paid holidaysMedical, dental, and vision benefitsCompany paid life insurance and long-term disability insuranceShort-term disabilityEAP401(k) retirement planPaid CME daysMonday through Friday work scheduleWe are looking for a provider that loves being a part of a team that is driven to help others.
