Our federal clients include the U.S. Departments of Labor, Education, Health and Human Services, Agriculture, Justice, and Homeland Security.We offer our team members a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and a competitive benefits packagePosition OverviewThe Economic Analyst will support analytical efforts related to workforce program performance, financial activity, and economic trends impacting the UI system.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct economic and statistical analysis on UI program dataSupport trend analysis across claims, payments, and adjudication outcomesAssist in evaluating program performance and operational efficiencyContribute to analytical reports, briefs, and dashboardsSupport improper payment and financial analysis activitiesAssist in identifying policy and programmatic implications of findingsRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in economics, data analytics, or related fieldExperience with statistical tools (R, Python, SAS, etc.)Familiarity with workforce or unemployment insurance programs preferredStrong analytical and research skillsExperience supporting Unemployment Insurance (UI), workforce development programs, or similar federal/state programsManhattan Strategy Group (MSG) is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
