Head of Finance and Accounting Managed Services Delivery

As the Head of Finance and Accounting Managed Services (FAMS) Delivery, you will drive mission-critical operations while building advanced financial planning services for global clients through standardized processes, cutting-edge technology, and Centers of Excellence that deliver resilient services exceeding SLAs. You will also lead comprehensive finance and accounting managed services with specialization in scalable FP&A capabilities. Responsibilities Oversee delivery of comprehensive Accounting and FP&A services to Alliant clients: Order-to-cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report and FP&A Build advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and management reporting with executive dashboards Provide strategic insights and implement rolling forecast processes Ensure 99.5%+ accuracy across all transactional processes Maintain compliance with local regulations and internal controls Design standardized financial processes and comprehensive automation libraries Develop RPA bots, AI-powered reconciliation tools, and predictive analytics models Create scalable automation frameworks with governance and performance monitoring Lead complex finance and ERP transformation projects (SAP, Oracle, D365) Execute multi-phase modernization roadmaps and business process reengineering Manage digital transformation initiatives including cloud migrations, and system integrations Implement scalable assembly line methodologies ensuring consistent delivery Operate dedicated Knowledge Transfer, Outsource Transition, Quality Assurance, and Reporting processes Manage client relationships, SLA commitments, and service expansion opportunities Build high-performing finance teams across multiple geographies Develop comprehensive training programs and maintain industry-leading retention rates Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance; CPA/CMA/ACCA required; MBA preferred 15+ years in finance operations and managed services, preferably a leading Accounting and Finance Managed Services firm Extensive FP&A, ERP implementations, multi-country operations, automation development Proven track record managing specialized teams, complex transitions, and transformation projects Workforce solutions, staffing, or professional services preferred Excellent English communication skills PMP or equivalent preferred; additional certifications in financial systems/automation valued Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in a variety of consultative settings High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential Available to travel to Alliant's India locations monthly and as needed to meet with clients alliant offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including 100% employer paid medical/dental premiums for single coverage, 401(k) matching, PTO, company provided life insurance and disability, onsite gym and group fitness classes, paid covered parking, daily allowance for onsite café and Starbucks, and more!
