Lead Full Stack Java Developer (Fulltime Position)

Lead Full Stack Java DeveloperWe are looking for lead-level core Java/Spring Boot full stack developers who are strong technically and experienced in customer-facing environments. These are not regular full stack developer roles; we need hands-on technical leads who can debug complex code, understand applications end-to-end, guide teams, and interact directly with customers. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend development with Java and Spring Boot, frontend development using Angular, cloud technologies (AWS), database design, and modern engineering practices.Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Development (Java/Spring Boot)Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications.Implement business logic, data validation, exception handling, and error management.Work with JPA/Hibernate for ORM and database interactions.Optimize application performance while ensuring high availability and reliability.Develop unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito.Participate in code reviews and enforce clean code and SOLID principles.Lead debugging efforts and provide technical guidance to development teams.Frontend Development (Angular)Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.Build reusable UI components using component-based architecture.Consume backend APIs and manage application state and data flow.Utilize Angular services, directives, pipes, and routing.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.Implement form validation, authentication, and authorization features.Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver modern user experiences.Cloud & DevOps (AWS)Deploy and manage applications using AWS cloud services.Hands-on experience with AWS services including: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch.Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.Monitor application performance, logs, and security alerts.Ensure scalability, fault tolerance, and high availability.Manage application configurations and secrets securely.Database & IntegrationDesign and manage relational databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.Write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures.Integrate third-party APIs and external services.Implement caching solutions using Redis or in-memory caching.Security & Engineering Best PracticesImplement authentication and authorization using JWT and OAuth2.Follow secure coding practices and OWASP guidelines.Ensure data privacy and compliance requirements are met.Manage access controls and permissions using AWS IAM.Collaboration & Agile PracticesWork effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.Create and maintain technical documentation, designs, and API documentation.Required ProfileStrong core Java and Spring Boot experience.Proven experience working as a lead developer or technical lead.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers.Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions.Diverse Lynx LLC is an equal employment opportunity employer.
