As such, we look for individuals who are dedicated, hardworking, and ready to take initiative.Position Summary:As a Client Associate, you will report directly to the Chief of Staff while working closely with the wealth advisors team and interact directly with clients. Applicants must have high attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills with colleagues and clients, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. We pride ourselves on being a fantastic place to work and grow professionally.For those interested, this position has the potential to progress towards a financial planner role and, eventually, a wealth advisor. Principal Responsibilities:Building and maintaining positive and impactful relationships with clients and co-workers.Gathering, entering, and maintaining client information and account documentation.Prepare client performance reports presentations and assistance with meeting preparation.An understanding of the importance in following company policies and procedures, as well as abiding by SEC requirements.Willingness to obtain securities licenses as necessary. Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.Relevant experience in a financial services environment is preferred (although this can be waived for the right talented 2026 graduate with a relevant major).Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. No relocation provided if not already living in Utah.Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment assessments.Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills and adept with technology.SkillsMust have attention-to-detail, project management skills and the ability to work efficiently on multiple transactions at once under tight deadlines.Must possess a professional demeanor, have a strong work ethic, and be highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.Ability to communicate complex matters concisely and effectively in oral and written form.Excellent communication, presentation, time-management, and organizational skills.Willingness to learn and assist where needed.Any experience with Black Diamond, Right Capital, or Pershing software is a bonus.Team Player and Great Attitude — Collaboration is sought out along with a can-do, no-job-is-beneath-me attitude.Steady and Reliable — People know you as someone they can depend on in a pinch, you are level-headed, and you don’t let things slip through the cracks.We are an in-office and in-person firm because the best work is done when our team is together.Solidarity Wealth is an equal opportunity employer.
