AEYESKY · Las Vegas, NV · Hybrid (in-office preferred) · $22–28/hourAbout AEYESKYAEYESKY is a rising star in AI-powered casino surveillance, with 10+ large casino clients across the country already running our Smart Observing System on their floors. We plug into existing camera infrastructure to digitize table gameplay in real time — detecting dealer payout errors in under half a second, rating tables and players, and flagging advantage play. Our AI runs on-premise at 99.99% card and chip detection accuracy, with no internet required and no third parties in the loop. If you’ve ever wondered what it looks like to build AI for an environment where every second and every dollar is watched, this is it.The RoleYou’ll work directly with our CEO to design interfaces that casino operators, surveillance teams, and pit managers rely on every shift. This is product and UX work — flows, dashboards, real-time alerts, and data-heavy views — not marketing design. Expect to own real features end-to-end, from wireframes to polished Figma specs, with your work shipping to active casino floors during your internship. What you’ll do•     Design and ship new product features end-to-end using our existing Figma design system•     Help evolve the design system itself — propose new components, refine existing ones, tighten consistency•     Translate complex real-time data (table ratings, dealer alerts, player analytics) into clear, usable interfaces•     Prototype and iterate quickly with engineering and the CEO•     Join user conversations with casino operators to ground your designs in real workflowsWho we’re looking for•     Rising senior or graduate student in Design, HCI, Human Factors, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or related field•     Strong portfolio (required) showing product/UX work — case studies preferred over dribbble-style shots•     Fluent in Figma; comfortable working within (and improving) an established design system•     Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools)•     Clear thinker who can justify design decisions with user and business reasoning•     Comfortable with ambiguity — we’re a startup, specs won’t always be handed to youBonus points•     Familiarity with casino table games — blackjack especially. You don’t need to be a card counter, but knowing what a “soft 17” is will help you design for dealers and pit bosses•     Experience with AI-assisted design tools (Google Stitch, Figma Make, Claude design, v0, etc.)•     Conversational Mandarin•     Prior internship or freelance experience shipping real productsLogistics•     Location: Las Vegas, NV. Hybrid with strong in-office preference — we want you in the room with the team.•     Duration: 10–12 weeks, starting mid-June 2026•     Compensation: $22–28/hour, depending on experience•     Reports to: CEO•     Return offer: Opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performanceHow to applySend your resume and portfolio (portfolio required). In a short note (a paragraph is fine), tell us about a product you use that you think is poorly designed, and one change you’d make. Bonus if it’s something in the casino or surveillance space.
