Night and weekend cook

Job Description We are looking for candidate that has at least one year of cooking experience is preferable. The kitchen at Yang's Braised Chicken Rice is a fast-moving environment, and as such, our cooks should be able to handle a high volume of plates on the stove and make sure that each dish is prepared according to the guidelines handed down by the cooperate team.Job Responsibilities:Working Hours from 4 PM - 9 PM weekdaysAvailable to work on Saturday and Sunday, either morning shift 11AM-4PM or 4PM-9PMNeed to learn how to make our Burrito, French Toast, Acai Bowl, our signature braised chicken rice dish.Make sure to have enough portioned chicken for serving during shift and prep enough portioned chicken for next day's morning shift.Be able to use delivery tablets, to check/finish orders.Make sure the prep station is clean at all times.Report to restaurant supervisor on items that need to be reordered.Prepare our signature dish to perfectionFollow all measurements to make the dish. NEVER CHANGE THE MEASUREMENTS.Make sure the kitchen is clean at all timesPrep all items needed to prepare the dishEnsure food safety at all times in the kitchen. FOLLOW FOOD SAFETY PROCEDURES AT ALL TIMES.Help with other station whenever neededBe responsible for packing To Go and Web Orders.Enter log to keep track of the prepared bowls, wasted bowls, inventory controlBe able to finish the above requirements solely.Company Description We are a fast growing company with lots of new location coming up.
