OverviewWe are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to support campaign development, automation, and messaging solutions across email and SMS channels. This role involves working within a structured environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable communication workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and MobileConnectAssist with SMS setup, including keyword configuration, opt-in/opt-out processes, and compliance requirementsDevelop and manage automated journeys, triggered communications, and scheduled campaignsBuild and maintain data extensions, audience segmentation, and SQL queriesImplement dynamic and personalized content using AMPscriptSupport integrations between Marketing Cloud and other enterprise systemsTroubleshoot issues related to campaigns, data, and automation processesFollow established governance, security, and compliance standardsPrepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activitiesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing CloudExperience with AMPscript and SQL within Marketing CloudFamiliarity with SMS messaging and consent management practicesUnderstanding of data privacy, security, and compliance standardsAbility to work effectively in a structured team environmentPreferred Qualifications5+ years of experience in Salesforce, with a focus on Marketing CloudSalesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Consultant certificationExperience with MobileConnect and SMS configuration processesExperience working with public sector or regulated environmentsKnowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG or Section 508Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRMAdditional InformationExperience supporting government or healthcare organizations is a plusStrong problem-solving and communication skills are preferred
