Position OverviewWe are currently seeking an Audit Senior Accountant to join our team in Miamisburg, OH. As an Audit Senior Accountant, you will lead client engagements, mentor junior staff, and collaborate directly with clients to solve complex financial challenges. You will manage audits, reviews, and compilations; analyze financial data; ensure compliance with GAAP and GAAS; and play a key role in strengthening client relationships and enhancing team performance. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Assurance ServicesLead and execute audits, reviews, and compilations Plan and perform fieldwork in accordance with GAAP and GAAS Analyze financial statements and supporting documents Prepare and review workpapers and engagement deliverables Communicate proactively with clients to resolve issues and provide insights Process Improvement & Firm InvolvementManage engagement budgets, timelines, and deliverables Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency Contribute to firm initiatives, including recruiting and strategic projects Stay current on emerging accounting and assurance standards Team Leadership & DevelopmentSupervise and mentor staff and interns during client engagements Deliver constructive feedback and on-the-job training Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team environment Requirements Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting or a related field 3+ years of audit experience in public accounting Solid understanding of GAAP and professional auditing standards CPA license or significant progress toward certification Advanced computer literacy, including proficient use of all Microsoft Office products Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple client engagements Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Preferred QualificationsNot-for-profit and employee benefit plans (EBP) auditing experience Familiarity with CaseWare/CaseView and CCH Fixed Assets Project management or strategic planning capabilities Work Environment & ExpectationsHybrid work model with flexibility based on client and business needs Occasional travel to client locations Extended hours will be required during peak periods What We OfferMeaningful career growth in a supportive, people-first culture Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Generous PTO and flexible hybrid work arrangements Strong leadership, training, and mentorship opportunities Team building and recognition events that foster connection and fun Join Our TeamIf you're looking for a firm that values your voice, supports your growth, and empowers you to lead, Brady Ware could be the right fit for your next career step.
