Group Fitness Coordinator
Position Overview:
Are you passionate about fitness and ready to take your career to the next level? BBT Fitness is looking for a driven and dynamic Bootcamp Coordinator to lead our bootcamp program to new heights. As the Bootcamp Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in designing and managing a program that inspires and transforms lives. What You’ll Do: Lead Large-Scale Group Classes:
Bring energy and motivation to every bootcamp session, creating an environment that challenges participants and keeps them coming back for more.
Program Development:
Design and develop a cutting-edge bootcamp program that aligns with BBT Fitness’s goals and takes our participants’ fitness journeys to the next level.
Create diverse, engaging workout routines that keep participants motivated, committed, and eager to reach their goals.
Work closely with other fitness professionals to ensure the highest quality and effectiveness in every session.
Coaching and Training:
Lead from the front by delivering hands-on coaching that pushes participants to their best, ensuring they maintain proper form and adopt healthy habits.
Conduct personalized fitness assessments, track progress, and offer tailored feedback to help participants achieve lasting results.
Sales and Marketing:
Develop innovative strategies to promote the bootcamp program and attract new participants.
Create compelling marketing materials—flyers, social media content, and email campaigns—to generate buzz and drive enrollment.
Partner with the marketing team to boost program visibility through digital platforms, partnerships, and events.
Customer Experience:
Ensure every participant has an exceptional experience, addressing their questions and feedback with care.
Build strong, supportive relationships that foster a sense of community and accountability within the bootcamp program.
Administrative Excellence:
Keep everything running smoothly by managing participant records, tracking attendance, and monitoring progress.
Handle program logistics, including scheduling, equipment management, and facility Maintence.
Assist with billing, payments, and registrations to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
Training Hours:
Monday to Thursday: BBT Conditioning Sessions (Bootcamp Classes)
Run BBT Conditioning Classes: 8 Sessions Weekly;
Morning Session: 6 AM to 7 PM ( Arrive 15 Minutes Early)
Midday Class: Currently No midday class but can change
Evening Session: 7 PM to 8 PM ( Arrive 15 Minutes Early )
Operations Hours: Between 2 -5 Hours a Day
Sales: 1-2 hours a day
Marketing: 1-2 Hour
Operations Hours: 1-2 Hours
Midday Class: If No class Operations Work may continue
Friday: BBT Teamlifts (Strength & Conditioning Classes)
Service the lead coach or assistant coach on Friday team lift sessions. This is a strength and conditioning class for our various members.
Run BBT Conditioning Classes: 2 Sessions Weekly
Morning Session: 6 AM to 7 PM ( Arrive 15 Minutes Early)
Midday Class: Currently No midday class but can change
Evening Session: 7 PM to 8 PM ( Arrive 15 Minutes Early )
What You Bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Fitness Management, or a related field (preferred).
Certified Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor credentials (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
Proven experience in fitness coaching, program development, and group training.
A strong track record in sales and marketing, with the ability to grow programs and boost revenue.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of fitness trends, nutrition, and exercise physiology.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate sessions and events.

Compensation Structure:
Compensation for this role is directly tied to your performance, with the opportunity to earn between $1,500 and $4,000 per month. Your earnings will be based on the number of participants, client retention rates, and the successful execution of bootcamp sessions. The more clients you bring in and retain, the higher your potential earnings.
Hours:
Part Focus: 15 to 28 Hours (Recommended 20 Hours)
Full Focus: 40 to 55 Hours (Recommended 45 Hours)
