Asthma, COPD, or other related breathing conditions Aversion/Allergies to strong smells, gases, and fumes Seizure disorder(s) Certain Sleep Disorders, such as Narcolepsy*** What You Will Do: Assemble flexible piping and positions it for proper aeration of windrows (rows of compost material) After receiving proper training, aid in removing unwanted debris from compost materials. Assist in the mechanical screening process to develop finished product. Ensures any spilled debris is properly cleaned up and appropriately stored for proper handling. Maintains compost screener and manifolds (connecting pipes) to remove excess materials and to maintain cleanliness. Directs and assists safe trucking of raw materials on site and keeps dump areas clean and orderly. Light cleaning duties inside office buildings Maintain landscaping onsite including, but not limited to, mowing, weed-whacking, mulching, snow removal, and assisting mechanics Assist with onsite operations as needed when instructed by supervisor Keep the onsite roads/surrounding area litter free You Have: A comfort level working in all-weather outdoors and ability to work indoors Ability to read, write and speak English fluently The ability to work every other Saturday (required) and overtime Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
