Our management system is AS9100D-certified, ISO 14001:2015-certified, and ISO 9001:2015-certified with respect to business management and program management, which deeply influences our consistent “Safety First, Quality Always” culture.JOB DESCRIPTION:Prepare and coordinate all tasks related to advanced procurement planning Ensure accomplishment of competition management goals, by serving as the principal technical advisor to commanders and civilian officialsProvide executive leadership by supervising program managers and delegating responsibilities throughout the acquisition life cycle of a major programOversee all program activities and formulate policies and procedures accordinglyDevelop program management techniques and ensure establishment of internal controls to support functionsOrganize acquisition management activities by determining priorities, training needs, and establishing performance standardsServe as a coordinator among leaders, staff, and units to ensure successful development and execution of acquisition program plansServe as project manager by coordinating costs, schedules, logistics, and systems integration activitiesOversee all contracting functions to provide supplies and services critical to daily operations and missionEnsure effective acquisition planning by analyzing purchase requests, evaluating offers, and performing cost or price analysisAward and administer contracts and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirementsJob Requirements:Individual shall possess a Bachelor’s of Science or Arts Degree in Business, Logistics or a related field from an accredited college or university with experience as outlined below. In lieu of the education requirement, individuals shall have an additional year of prior military, Department of Defense or related business experience in MILSTRIP, supply chain management, or procurement.The experience shall include one (1) year experience in processing MILSTRIP procurements. Relevant experience in a management capacity with responsibilities for procurement, customer service, and process improvements is preferred.
