Senior Associate, Transaction Advisory

A company is looking for a Senior Associate in Transaction Advisory Services. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence engagements and manage workflow Review and analyze target company financial statements and identify deal issues Supervise and coach Associates while contributing to engagement planning and practice development initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2-5 years of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory, Audit, or a related finance role CPA, CFA, or progress toward certification preferred Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and the M&A process Proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and financial analytics
