Adecco is working with a leading manufacturer in Fitchburg, MA! We are seeking experienced Electronic Assemblers on 1st shift. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.Job Title: Electronic AssemblerLocation: Fitchburg, MAPay Range: $18.25 - $21.00 per hourSchedule: Monday – Friday: 7:00AM – 3:30PMResponsibilities Include:Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.Use microscopes, measuring tools, and electronic test equipment to meet quality standards.Read and interpret work instructions, schematics, and assembly processes to ensure accurate builds.Perform soldering, wiring, and use hand and pneumatic tools (tweezers, cutters, torque drivers, and similar).Maintain accurate production data and documentation.Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe workstation in accordance with company and industry standards.Collaborate with team members and across departments to support continuous improvements.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Include:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); with minimum 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience in a manufacturing industry preferred.Soldering experience required. IPC certification preferred.Proficient with microscopes, test equipment (multimeters, and similar), and soldering techniques.Basic knowledge of electronic assembly concepts and procedures.Must possess sufficient English reading, writing, and comprehension skills to understand written procedures, verbal instructions, and safety information and work under supervision.Strong teamwork skills.*If interested, please apply directly to this job posting!!* Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
