No previous experience is required.A leading organization in the Jerusalem area is looking for a Training & Implementation Specialist for a diverse role combining system implementation, user support, training, and HR related organizational processes.What You'll Do• Support employees and managers in using organizational systems• Generate reports, update system data, and monitor ongoing processes• Provide user support and assist with system related questions and issues• Work with Outlook, Microsoft Office, and organizational systems• Coordinate training sessions, participants, invitations, and logistics• Turn professional content into clear, user friendly presentations and training videos• Work with external vendors and support administrative and payment processesWhat We're Looking For• Bachelor's degree, required• Strong technical orientation and ability to learn new systems• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong service orientation• Initiative, organization, responsibility, and teamwork skillsSignificant advantage: Background or familiarity with Human Resources, Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.No previous professional experience required.📍 Jerusalem Area | Full time
