Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst A growing advisory firm focused on the insurance brokerage industry is seeking a Financial Analyst who is interested in developing into a consulting role. This position is ideal for someone who has spent several years working in finance, FP&A, or analytics within an insurance agency and is ready to transition into client-facing advisory work. The role will initially focus on supporting senior consultants with financial analysis, modeling, and strategic projects for independent insurance agencies. Over time, there is a clear path to grow into a lead consultant working directly with agency owners and leadership teams. Responsibilities Support financial analysis and consulting projects for insurance agency clients Build and interpret financial models and performance forecasts Prepare materials and insights for strategic planning discussions Work alongside senior consultants and advisors on client engagements Qualifications 510+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or analytics Prior experience within a mid-to-large insurance agency strongly preferred Must already understand how insurance agencies operate financially Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights
