With1,000 cafés projected in the U.S. by 2030, this is your chance to grow with a brand that blends artisanal quality with joyful service.Our values shape every interaction:Have Heart – Bring warmth, care, and pride to every cake you makeSpread Joy – Make each guest’s moment feel magical through our delicious cakesNourish Community – Help create the local spot everyone lovesRise to the Occasion – Show up strong, whether it's a morning rush or a custom cake challengeAs a Cake Decorator, you’ll be the creative force behind our most joyful offerings:Decorate and assemble cakes, and desserts to recipe and visual brand standardsFollow established production methods and maintain organized workflowEnsure cake displays are organized and visually appealing to enhance the guest experience in a timely and continuous mannerPrepare creams, fillings, icings, and toppings from scratch or componentsManage daily production plans and workflows to meet café demandMaintain a clean, organized, and food-safe decorating stationSupport special orders and guest customization needs when applicableReceive, stock, and organize ingredients and supplies efficientlyMonitor equipment and ingredient inventory, notifying supervisors of any issues or shortagesManage time effectively to complete all assigned tasksHelp train new Cake Team Members in decoration techniques and café procedures Monitor product quality and consistency—because details matterComplete waste logs, production sheets, or prep reports as requiredAdapt to other bakery tasks as needed (we’re all one team!)Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.What You BringAt least 1+ years of cake decorating or culinary experience (preferred)Familiarity with piping bags, whipped cream, fruit décor, and finishing techniquesKnowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labeling practicesServSafe Food Handler’s Certification (preferred)Strong attention to detail, time management, and pride in presentationAbility to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.Team-first attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for hospitalityStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.Passion for Paris Baguette’s mission, values, and culture.Sweet BenefitsCompetitive hourly payFlexible schedulingDiscounted meals during your shiftA free birthday cake just for youMedical, Dental & Vision for full-time team membersOpportunity to grow with a fast-expanding national brandReady to Decorate Joy?If you love turning soft cream into beauty, chocolate into joy, and pastry into celebration—this is the role for you.
